GOOD TO KNOW
CANCELLATION
COVID-19 Safety Measures
1
Is this trip right for you:- Average temperatures vary greatly between North and South in Vietnam. While there is no best time of year to travel, it's best to check the seasonal patterns on our country information page, to gauge what the weather will be like and to pack accordingly.
- The weather in Sapa is quite different from the weather on the coast of Vietnam. Winter (November–February) can get cold, wet and foggy. Even outside of winter, Sapa is known for having four seasons in one day. It's best to pack layers and be prepared for varied conditions throughout the day (and for cooler nights).
- This trip includes a pair of day hikes – both are considered easy to moderate. While the hiking is not overly strenuous, the terrain can be quite steep and unpredictable, with uneven and slippery surfaces. It’s important to bring sturdy walking shoes.
- Please ensure you bring sturdy walking shoes and comfortable clothes. There are a number of days when you’ll spend time walking around sites or on tours.
This trip incorporates the following COVID-19 measures:
- This tour has received the World Travel and Tourism Council’s ‘Safe Travels’ stamp, which provides travellers with assurance that COVID-19 health and hygiene protocols have been adhered to.
- Wearing a mask, hand washing and general sanitizing has been implemented on this tour. Frequently touched surfaces are furthermore regularly disinfected.
- Distancing measures have been implemented to safeguard against COVID-19.
