“From booking to stepping off the plane back in the United States, this travel specialist seamlessly took care of my every need. There were zero issues because every time something changed, they were on it immediately. There were a few things that happened that were out of anyone's control (weather) and plans had to change. They were there at every turn making sure we were placed in a new experience immediately. I work out every day. Our hotel in Saigon had a gym that was under construction at the hotel. I contacted our concierge and within 5 minutes they had the hotel directly across the street inviting me to work out whenever I liked. The excursions were informative and fun. The agency was always ready to answer any questions and had great suggestions for our free days. They were concerned and caring about our safety and overall experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this agency and our trip.
