We had planned a trip to Norway this July 2020 with the company Up Norway. Then came covid-19. Our flights were cancelled and Norway for good reason has barred travelers from the U.S. We had given them a substantial deposit, which they are now refusing to refund. Recognizing that they did work in preparing our itinerary and that the travel industry is suffering, we offered that they keep 30% and return 70% of the deposit to us. After some contradictory statements over the past couple of months, , they are now saying that We cancelled the trip, ignoring the obvious facts stated above.
