Glad to know that you are planning a short trip in Nepal.
Well, if you don't feel comfortable going with guys then we also have female trekking guide and she is very experienced as well but most of climbing guides are male.
Please let us know your desired destination for trekking (like Annnapurna & Langtang) and climbing (like Annapurna & Everest) and we will be able to send you detail itinerary.
Thank you & Kindest Regards,

Birke GötzHello,
I can strongly recommend the private Nepali guide Karpu Lama. Please visit his website: http://nepal-trekking.wixsite.com/yeshi or on facebook (Karpu Lama). For a short trip I suggest to go to Langtang region, which can be reached from Kathmandu within some hours drive. It is a beautiful region and you have the possibility to easily climb to Tsergo Ri (4984m) or Kyanjin Ri (4773m).
Let me knwo if you need any further info.

BenjaminI did Poon Hill trek (3,210m.) walking five days trekking with Happyland Treks and it was absolutely amazing. The guide (Happy) was very friendly but he also took very good care of all the group. I really enjoyed the whole experience, specially the nature, sunrise with the mountain views and the cultural experience with locals. if you do this trek stay overnight at Ghandruk and go to the Ghandruk museum and wear the Nepalese gurung dress up. its so much fun and you laugh lotsss!
I can strongly recommend the ''Happyland Treks'' They are experience team and social.
