TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
When you book with Exotic Voyages you know you are in safe hands, when we confirm your booking you will be sent a final itinerary with full details of your trip. When full payment is made and approximately 2 weeks prior to your trip, we send full documents including any flight tickets. If however you require these sooner, this can be arranged for you.

CANCELLATION
For all bookings you will find that our terms and conditions on our reservation form is very clear with our cancellation policy. We insist that all our clients have adequate travel insurance that covers them for cancellation and other unknowns.

For all room requests, unless these are confirmed they are only requests and will be dependent on the hotel.
