There were 26 people on this tour and Ivan was kind and attentive to everyone at all times. There was nothing he wasn't willing to help out with any time of the day or night. Ivan always had a lot on his plate but took everything in his stride. I don't think I've ever met a tour guide who takes on this amount of responsibility without complaining at all and with a smile on hia face always. Nobody will ever compare.”
