It turns out, a friend of ours used your company in 2021 (we found out afterward) and was also very happy. Everything went according to plan perfectly. We were happy with all the accommodations, all were very clean; the guides & drivers were all wonderful, very nice & helpful on private tours; good on shared tours. Driver Franciso from P. Arenas airport to Torres Del Paine was great; made the trip interesting, had fun with Spanish/English - saw lots of wildlife, and made a few picture stops.. a fun journey. We wanted a balance of independent travel and organized small group tours so Karen arranged just the right combination. My only wish is to have stayed a day longer at each town. We did our own day hikes from El Chalten and guided day hikes in Torres del Paine and a day tour to Perrito Moreno Glacier.”
