Day 1 Dubrovnik to Mljet

Meet your shipmates then find your sea legs.

Day 2 Mljet to Makarska

Navigate through the awe-inspiring Mljet National Park. Later, spin the pirate wheel to Makarska. But first, swim stop. Laze around on pebbled beaches and channel your inner high-roller. Tonight we party pirate style, so don your stripes and practise your finest "arrrr".

Day 3 Makarska to Split

Catch some rays on deck - or some zzz's, and head for Split where Roman and Venetian architecture contrasts communist blocks from Tito's reign.

Slip away to Hvar and visit the Old Fortress. From one slice of island paradise to another. Head to Spanjola Fortress for Instagrammable views. But first, a swim stop outside the port

Day 5 Hvar to Korcula

Rumour has it that THE Marco Polo once stomped around Korcula. Here, the locals are all about their legendary pošip grapes. Can you say wine time?

Day 6 Korcula to Trestenik

Sail into Trestenik.We bet you didn't even know this little guy existed. Here, we have the afternoon to swim and relax. Tonight, pull up a picnic blanket, grab a glass of the town's famous Dingac wine, and watch the stars ignite the sky.

Day 7 Trestenik to Dubrovnik

Raise the anchor and reunite with medieval Dubrovnik. Wander Dubrovnik's tiny cobblestoned streets and explore hidden cafés and shops before grabbing some dinner and checking out the glitzy nightlife.

Day 8 Dubrovnik

Hit the beach, trace the top of the 1,940 metres of city walls and then grab a front row seat for the sunset. Tonight we go all out in the 'Jewel of the Adriatic'.

Day 9 Dubrovnik

Don't be fooled into thinking you've seen it all. Spot the hidden gems and keep on exploring. Later, steal a cold beer on the wall as the sun sets over the Adriatic. This is the good life.

Day 10 Dubrovnik to Plitvice Lakes

Roll out and onto Plitvice Lakes via Zadar.

Day 11 Plitvice Lakes

Today, National Park time. Wipe that jaw-dropped-shocked face away. Stuh-ning! Made up of 16 lakes connected by streams and waterfalls and surrounded by 300 square kilometres of national park, Plitvice Lakes didn't make it onto the UNESCO World Heritage list without reason. Mindfulness just got a whole new meaning.

Day 12 Plitvice Lakes to Budapest, Hungary

Day 13 Budapest

Day 14 Budapest to Krakow, Poland

Pay attention with a local guide to show you the Polish way. Miraculously untouched by the effects of war, this city boasts some serious Middle Ages swag and another quaint Old Town neighbourhood.

Day 15 Krakow

Get all up in the streets of Krakow today - your day, your choice. Sink your teeth into some pierogi then shop for amber in the UNESCO-listed Cloth Hall or visit a centuries-old synagogue in the Jewish district where you'll also discover the city's inner-hipster. Hang around for local Polish vibes and a night to remember.

Day 16 Krakow to Prague, Czech Republic

Today, pay your respects and learn more about the Holocaust at the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. Sombre, yes, but an important introduction to the region's history. Later, Prague. Suss out the castle deemed worthy by Guinness World Records as being the largest ancient castle in the world, cross medieval Charles Bridge and watch 'Death' toll the hour on an astronomical clock that's over 600 years old. The evening is all yours.

Day 19 Berlin
