“I had availed the service through bookmundi for Miracle garden tour with pickup and drop from hotel on 2017-02-16 at 3.30pm from hotel 'Four Points' in Dubai.
Driver picked up left at Miracle garden saying he will be around till I return from the garden.he told you can spend as much time in garden and he will be around. Me and my wife returned the came out of garden after around 2 hrs and searched for the driver. He was not there.I was very disappointed by this kind of driver's behavior. I did not have local mobile sim. I took help from taxi drivers around and called the phone number given by the driver. But the the number given was of different driver and he was not knowing me. I had no choice but to take personal taxi and returned to hotel. I had to pay hefty 114 UAE for this. With the help the taxi driver agian I tried to call Rayna tour customer service, but there also I told about the driver was vanished. But the guy had no clue. It was shear nonsense try to talk to the customer service person too.
My question is -
- Is this a professional service you provide to customers; who believe and book online?
- Whether the company deliberately do this / or is it a driver's misbehave or cheating?
- If company is loyal, then will it take the responsibility of my inconvenience and unnecessary loss of money on taxi fare?

The driver was liar too. He told his name as AZIM and did not give own mobile phone no. His name was not AZIM and phone no. did not belong to him.
The first day in Dubai was spoiled due to this incident. How the company is going to compensate our mental torture and financial loss? I am not willing to give a single star rating for the service. Since there is no provision I had to give 1 star. but frankly company does not deserve for 1 star too.
“Pick up, drop off and sand bashing were excellent. Food was below average with poor service attitude. Belly dance was more of interaction with people seated near the stage and less dance. Tanura and fire work performances were excellent.”
