"The emergency numbers for the tour guides were not working numbers. The two we had to call about just went to automated messages saying to try again later. Two tours were cancelled without notifying us, causing us to miss two main attractions. Hotels were about 20 minutes from the cities."

"I was nervous about not being able to talk with someone directly at Bookmundi, with whom we booked our Italy trip, due to the difference in time zones. However, online communication was good and the itinerary, received shortly before the trip, had all the information needed along with the hotels' and guides' local contact information."

"Initially, a review of my Itinerary showed our family being picked up and delivered to wrong hotels. I did email to have this checked and received a revised schedule. However, it would be better to get a full draft of the Itinerary at least 4 weeks prior to leaving so changes could be made and without extra costs. Also, include baggage allowance or at least give an option. Use a door-to-door shuttle service to avoid unnecessary time spent on the coach and fly from Sydney to Coolangatta its 1/2 hour to Surfers from there. Include the shuttle for the Whitsundays tour and if the rail tour cannot be changed then upgrade to more comfortable seating where you can at least recline and have a nap. There are airline services from Sydney to Coolangatta, Coolangatta to Proserpine and Proserpine to Cairns. But definitely think about using Sydney to Coolangatta."

for Rome To Nice And Barcelona Adventure Tour
"Overall a very enjoyable tour and is perfect for summer time as it’s a combination of city sightseeing with relaxing on the beach. We even had some time yo go to the outlet just outside of Florence and my wife was very happy with shopping and then we stopped at one of the wineries nearby. Very nice hotels and good breakfasts. Easy to travel by train and just a short flight to Barcelona. Next time we would like to see more of Spain. We traveled in June 2023."

Discovery Nomads is an adventure travel company and offers independent tours and small private group tours. The company was created by experienced travelers, who have visited more than 90 countries as a desire to share their passion for traveling and for exploring what our planet has to offer.

Discovery Nomads offer itineraries in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and Australia. The trips include design hotels accommodation, transport, a great number of activities and entertainment and are focused to immerse travelers into the atmosphere of the visited countries and cities. The travelers will explore the chosen route without nerving tour leaders and large touristic groups, but just meet local guides when visiting certain attractions. The motivation behind this was to give an opportunity for travelers not just to go on perfectly organized adventures but also to escape from touristic crowds, learn the local language, live like a local and privately explore the countries.
