“The guide started tour in place were noise was overwhelming and kept talking regardless.
Same lame joke and unhelpful advice got repeated quite a few times during the tour.
We haven't gotten into the most celebrated place in town - the cathedral.
The tour got finished 20 minutes earlier.”

This is a first complaint that we've ever received about our highl professional guide. We are so sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the tour and that you didn't went into cathedral. If you read carefuly tour description and check out all the info, you will see that entrance fees are not included in the price. However, you could ask guide to buy tickets on the spot and he would go inside with you, that's why the duration is about 90minutes.
It is completely normal thing, for us, that guides give tips and advices about the city. That's the whole point of the tour, right? And one more thing, we'll tell our guide to think about "new" jokes.

“The trip started badly because I was travelling with a bicycle and had informed Kira Travel 5 months ago before I booked. They said no problem but 2 days before the tour told me that they couldn't transport my bicycle and to make my own arrangements. So get confirmation in writing for any additional requests.
My family was the only ones on the tour. We had an excellent driver who although wasn't a licensed guide was very knowledgeable. He was also always thinking of ways to allow us to have a better holiday. Last but not least he had a great and sunny personality which made interaction with him a real pleasure.”
