"This travel specialist ensured that our trip notes were available at our first hotel, thus negating any stress related to the trip. They sorted out an issue relating to overpayment prior to our departure and were prompt in reimbursing the amount that had been overcharged. Responses to emails were always forthcoming with minimal delay."

"I originally booked for the C2C in June 2019 to start in May 2020. Of course, then came along the pandemic and couldn't go. My original booking was for 2 people, then another 3 decided to join us. So my booking was changed. Then later on 3 decided to cancel their holiday.The reason I'm telling this is because this tour operator couldn't be more helpful, especially Trina who dealt with my booking and Tali who dealt with the refunds. As for the tour itself, everything went according to plan. Lovely clean B&Bs and had no problem with the luggage transfer. Gained a lot of knowledge from the information that was sent to me, especially the Trailblazer C2C book which was easy to follow supported by maps. I will certainly consider booking with this operator again."

"It was a great trip. Mark the guide was excellent throughout. It was a little disappointing not to have a couple more people from overseas, but the small group worked well together. The standard of accommodation was generally very good, one of the B & Bs in Borrowdale was poor. I know everyone gave a little to make the trip happen, but it was well worth it."

"We walked Coast to Coast across Britain and used this tour operator for the organisation of the itinerary which included all accommodation, organisation of our bags to be transported to each destination and our maps. We also had written instructions for routes which were very useful."
