"Chloe our your contact person was superb. My family was not aware that you needed a Visa to enter Vietnam. We didn’t discover the problem until we were at the airport. Chloe was instrumental in getting my family an expedited Visa and accommodating the one day delay in the start of our tour. At every step of the trip she made herself available to insure we had the best trip possible. Kudos to Chloe for saving our vacation."
