"Although this local travel specialist was good at promptly coordinating pickup details, we were taken/accompanied only by a simple driver (not a driver/tour guide as expected), with little knowledge of Bali and his country in general; however he did tried to be courteous. Unfortunately for us, very little explanation did he gave as in general, so we had to used Chat GPT to answer most of our doubts and questions."

"Had to remind the vendor about our booking which was prepaid. The booking was not registered by them even after I received confirmation on mail and exchanged mails with vendor with complete details. Poor customer service by bookmundi and Rio Bali tours. Also, charged USD20 extra for return trip despite confirmation on mail. Will not recommend Bookmundi or Rio Bali tours to anyone."
