"Gentils cafouillages : nous nous sommes rendus par nos propres moyens la casa désignée sur le voucher mais ce n"'était pas la bonne. Après 2 heures d'attente, nous avons été dirigés à pied avec les valises vers un autre endroit. Lors du "meet & Greet, l'accompagnateur bien sympathique nous a promis une assistance 20/24 et bien non, il est injoignable. Les prestations du "Travel Spécialist" se résument à la réservation des hébergements, à une promenade dans La havane et à la désignation de taxis privés. Vinalès est une petite ville où l'on se retrouve livrés à soi-même, aucune activité n'y est proposée . Le budget demandé est très surfait."

"The agency customized the tour with extra stops and age appropriate activities for my son. We had last minute flight issues (booked separately). About Us

MiCuba Travel is a DMC which is oriented into creating a local connection with Cuba. By this we want to give you experiences more than just excursions, which are unique and special. Imagine that you are looking for having some salsa lessons at the side of a beautiful Cayo in Cuba, but then on top, we would arrange a meeting with the locals after your class to dance with them and have a drink, or go eat with your salsa teacher and see how he / she lives (this is just an example to give a better idea).

We want you to feel part of Cuba, to understand our culture, our ideas, our way of living at least for a brief moment so that you take home a wonderful experience.

On top of this, we are becoming a very specialised DMC in roundtrips with Home Stays (we have one of the biggest rated-certified data base of 'casas particulares' on the market), because the service quality is better in all levels and our customers are enjoying / understanding the Cuban traditional living.

We have tons of daily tours but as well we have multi-day roundtrips and home stays only... so we are basically covering all the market in a more tailor-made basis.
