"Please pay our hardworking staff enough so that there is less pressure on tourists booking this tour from having to pay them for theor services (especially the boatmen that did a lot of hardwork and expected to paid a lot not just tipped). It is unfair to both your staff and the tourists."

We experienced a VERY BAD experience in choosing the Magestic Pagsanjan Falls Tour of Gray Line.

First of all, this 11-seater van is very spacious for our three passengers, but it is not comfortable at all because of the bumps and bumps along the way. We are wondering whether there is a problem with the shock absorber. (And wether they use the budget on providing big cars??)

Secondly, there are a driver and a tour guide. However, they gave nothing of introduction of the tour. It was like there were 2 person companying with the ride, being silence along the way...
I remember the only sentence that he said "it’s going tobe a 2 hours and 20 minutes boat trip to the falls", and nothing more. He did not provide any introductions to the site and did not provide any precautions that we did not know what would happen during the boat trip at all.
Therefore, in the absence of sunscreen for over an hour on a big big sunny day, I wore a no sleeves mini dress. Therefore, we were seriously sunburned.

After the trip we complained to him, he just asked us "Didn’t we googled to get to know about this trip before?"
(So what is the tour guide for???)

Moreover, without informed before departed, we did not go through the waterfall neither enter the cave. After we asked the boat men then finally understood that it was because of the rain yesterday whitch made the water stronger (too dangerous). However, we did not get noticed in advance.
BECAUSE OUR TOUR GUIDE DID NOT KNOW THAT SITUATION EITHER!
It was so disappointing there were no bamboo boat to take us go through the falls.
In conclusion, it was a boring day tour with a bad attitude tour guide.

We then canceled our trip to Taal volcano the other day, but they told us they were not sure if they could cancel or refund "up to 50%" of the cost. They even do nothing, only regretting the situation we have today. This is non sence at all!

Now, we have no idea what to do now, even too late to book another tour tomorrow. This basiclly ruin our vacation in manila.
