"Anapa provided good, reliable service. The guides were professional, competent and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed conversations with Francis during hiking. The only thing Anapa could improve is accommodation in Arusha. Venice hotel was noisy on our first night, in addition, they started fumigating the restaurant during the night, creating an incredible noise and toxic cloud drifting into the rooms. The rooms are well equipped for sleeping, but nothing else, not even soap provided. Breakfast was good though.
Also, Anapa could have made its tipping policy published on their web site and not in the form of rather stern lecture what we are expected to pay right before the start of the trip.
Food on the trek was good and abundant."

"Anapa is a well organised travel agency, they answer quickly and they met perfectly our demands. Marwa and Francis are excellent guides and super professionals and they took care of us all the time. Highly recommended!!!"

"Transport to and from the mountain was with the owner, Tumaini Wilson. We started the climb 4 hours late because on an expired credit card but beside this small detail, the service provided by the guide (Alexander Marois), the cook and the 3 porters was outstanding. Tumaini was waiting for us upon arrival at Mweka gate with a beer and the climbing certificate. I could not ask for a better service.
