“The tour company left a message at our hotel telling us what time they would pick us up the next day. They were exactly on time which was great. Our tour guide (Frank) was absolutely wonderful. So informative and he spoke english and spanish so well. I liked the fact there were only about 7 or 8 in our group too. It meant you had no trouble hearing what was being said. The walking tour of Valparaiso was a great way to see the place and if there was anything anyone in the group particularly wanted to look at it wasn't a problem. Lunch was at your own cost but it was a great restaurant that was chosen with wonderful views of Valparaiso. Visiting Vina Del Mar was good also and finishing the tour with a wine tasting in the Casablanca Valley was the perfect end to the day.”

He obviously enjoys his job and worked hard to make sure we had the best day ....which we did. There were four people on the tour and he tailored all activities to suit everyone. A very pleasant day.
