CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Southern Africa Family Journey: In Search of the Big Five tour. You can cancel the tour up to 62 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 61 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 25 June 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 25 June 2024, a deposit is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 61 days before trip departure.

Travel Insurance

Southern Africa Family Journey: In Search of the Big Five tour requires that you have adequate and valid travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, including repatriation costs and emergency evacuation. Age Requirement

This is a family adventure that is designed for groups travelling with children between the ages of 6 and 17. Your group must have a child in order to book a Family tour, and anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The itinerary has been designed with the needs of the whole family in mind.

You must be 18 to travel unaccompanied on this tour. For minors travelling with a guardian over 21 years old, the minimum age is 6.
