From the minute we met in person she helped me out hugely with a SIM card and from then on she became the absolute heart of our tour. Every day she’d send long lists of recommendations of places to eat and all the details of what the plan for the day was. She always answered questions really quickly and all of her recommendations were great! Our group started saying “Agatha is always right” as her recommendations for food, activities etc were always spot on! Agatha was so friendly and warm, she really made us feel at home in Mexico and was excellent at giving us information about everything we were doing from paddle boarding to Merida. She is an amazing ambassador for the company and anyone would be so lucky to have her as their tour guide! I will now only take trips if the tour guide is Agatha, she’s that amazing :)”
