Canary Islands Tour Reviews

Very Good Experience

“The trip was a great experience. As advertised. The itinerary had to be modified due to the marina not being pre booked so we lost one day sailing but gained one more day on the island, which I personally did not mind. The yacht was not the newest but decent. We had a wonderful lady captain Rita, who looked after us beautifully. She went over and beyond to make this experience great. I traveled on my own and I am pleased to say that the co-passengers were great and we had a really good time. I am not giving 5 points as I think the whole trip was entirely dependent on the captain and her devotion and she may not be there next time.”

“This was a great walking holiday on La Palma. The itinerary was comprehensive and well thought through and encompassed the main highlights of the island. We learnt a lot during our week there and enjoyed some unforgettable walks.”

“A very varied place with ridge walks, forest walks and volcano walks etc. Some tough climbs and quite harsh surfaces. Not suitable for those who are unsteady on their feet or suffer from vertigo. The hotels were quite decent and the food was up to expectations although not exceptional. Henri our tour leader did a superb job he had a good knowledge of the island kept us well entertained and nothing was too much trouble for him. Overall it was a well worth while trip which I would recommend to anyone who is reasonably fit. I would certainly not be adverse to doing it again in the future.”
