This one day tour is the perfect opportunity to get to know some of the must-see attractions in Romania: Peles Castle and the city of Brasov. Considered the most beautiful castle in Romania, Peles is the first place of the itinerary. Located in the mountain resort Sinaia, on the foothills of the Carpathians, Peles Castle was the summer residence of the royal family from 1883 to 1947. Built in a Neo-Renaissance German style, the castle has state of the art architecture and art collections.
Next on our itinerary is the medieval city of Brasov, one of the most popular destinations in Romania. For centuries a key city of Transylvania, Brasov conserves many centuries old monuments and fortifications that are unique in the country. The tour includes a 4 hours walk in Brasov, visiting its finest landmarks: the Council Square, the Black Church, the fortification system, the Catholic Cathedral and the Orthodox Church Saint Nicolae.
