“In September of this year I traveled on 3 trips with this tour company. As I am usually an independent traveler, and usually not keen on group travel, I was overwhelmed with the quality of the three tours, Beijing to Kathmandu, Chitwan and Bhutan Dragon Kingdom. The itinerary was carefully planned and timing was excellent, well balanced with appropriate arrival and departure times. Tour leaders were professional, with excellent knowledge and were all passionate about their areas, with great first aid knowledge. This was extremely important for the high altitudes at which we were traveling and trekking. Care, comfort and safety were paramount. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and the meals wonderful. The groups were small, 4, 8 and 5, and all wonderful and fun company with all participants having similar interests. I will definitely travel with this tour company again.”

“What can we say From landing at what is probably the worlds most beautiful airport in Paro, to a marvellous hotel just outside the lovely town of Paro, the stunning Tigers Nest monastery climb (and descent!) followed by 6 hard days slogging on the Druk Path through forests, rhododendron glades and along ridges in rain and hail. We passed zhongs and apple orchards and small farms. We made friends with camp dogs and horses and stood above rainbows. We camped by glacier lakes and woke up to a frosty still morning and warmed up by climbing up and up to stand among stupas and prayer flags stuttering and flapping in the wind through the passes between valleys. The guide and crew kept us warm, fed and coffeed along the track and in the camps. The supplied camping gear was top notch quality and even in the coldest night at altitude we were snug and warm. The guys and the horses worked tirelessly and always had a smile and a laugh, even at 6AM when they showed up outside the tents with bed tea or coffee and hot water. We couldnt and wouldnt have done it without them. At the end of the trail to be greeted with momos and chilli sauce and a beer was going over and above. This was even more appreciated then the hot shower at the hotel in Thimpu. The Bhutanese people are warm, open and above all friendly. A local farmer open his home to us and allowed the group to explore and marvel at the beauty of his home and even offered tea. The people are smiles wherever you go and even the local dogs seem calm and contented, sleeping almost everywhere, even in the middle of the road, just another obstacle to be dodged by the traffic. I may never do another trek (thank you knees!) but I will return to Bhutan and try and see more of this amazing place. You want a short somewhat challenging glorious walk in a lovely unspoilt part of the world Do the Druk Path. You want to see a place where the people seem genuinely happy and dont seem to be racing for the next big thing What are you waiting for, see Bhutan before the word gets out.”

“A peaceful and accessible escape into the lush forests of Bhutan, without committing to a more lengthy trek. The thoughtful itinerary allows for gradual acclimitisation, hearty meals ensure plenty of energy and the crew are lovely. The cultural inclusions pre and post trek make for a wonderful introduction to the unique country of Bhutan. I can't wait to return!”
