QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about this tour.
  • How many days are enough for Europe?

You can spend a couple of months exploring Europe and still feel like you have not seen everything. Generally speaking, a two-week Europe trip should be just enough if you are looking to cover its major highlights. However, if you want a comprehensive travel experience within this duration, it is better that you focus on a region or a few countries rather than traveling all over the continent.

Choose a single country or schedule your trip around a handful of cities in different countries. While larger European cities may require three to four days to explore, you can get around smaller destinations in a day or two. Planning your trip around a particular region will cut down your travel time and save your time in transit.

  • Is Norway expensive to travel to?

Norway is not a cheap country to visit. However, with the right hacks, you can still visit Norway on a budget. Some useful hacks include booking buses and trains in advance, shopping at low-cost supermarkets, cooking instead of eating out, staying in tents and cabins, and spending more time visiting public parks.

  • Do I need to visa to travel to Norway?

Norway is part of the Schengen Zone. Thus, most travelers from Europe can enter the country for up to 90 days without a visa. However, some nationalities need a Schengen visa. For more specific information, please check your country's travel advisories before planning a trip.

  • How many days should I spend in Norway?

Norway's small size and well-developed transport mean you can hop around the country's popular tourist attractions in a day or less. However, you would need more time if you truly wanted to experience Norway's natural beauty and cultual riches. Read learn more about the ideal duration of a trip to Norway.

  • Are credit cards accepted in Norway?

Norway is becoming increasingly cashless. So, credit and debit cards are actually the preferred means of making payments. Most restaurants, stores, hotels, and tourist sites accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, and Eurocard holders.
