CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Barcelona Artistic Experience, City Break tour. You can cancel the tour up to 12 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 11 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 30 April 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 30 April 2024, a deposit is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 11 days before trip departure.

Know Before You Go

Activity on Day 2: the tour starts from the office next to Sagrada Familia (311 Sardenya Street). From 1 April to 31 October at 3:00 pm (Daily) and from 1 November to 31 March at 2:00 pm (except Wednesdays and Sundays). Remember you must arrive at least 15 minutes before the starting time of the activity. The Sagrada Familia reserves the right to refuse admission. At the entrance, visitors will have their bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal items checked. The site is a Catholic church; a dress code is required to enter to the venue: Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. Visitors cannot enter barefoot or with flip-flops. No see-through clothing, plunging necklines, exposed backs or bellies. No hats are allowed inside the nave or the museum except for religious, health or belief-related reasons. We reserve the right to change itineraries and activities due to weather conditions, technical problems or security reasons Early check-in, late check-out, connecting or adjoining rooms in the hotel are subject to availability and not guaranteed In many hotels in Spain, the triple rooms are double rooms with an additional bed or sofa bed. Their comfort conditions are lower than the international standards of the triple room No refund for unused services. Splitting of the package is not allowed
