Rock 2 Water
5 - Excellent
  • Sue Miles
“We have recently done a rock 2 water 6 day Alice to Adelaide tour. (Started 7th Feb 2018) The whole experience from start to finish was first class. Shane the tour guide was fantastic. His knowledge was exceptional on all subjects and he kept the whole bus entertained, with his information and stories. His attention to detail enabled the trip to function without a single hiccup and the travellers in the bus gelled as a result. We felt safe at all times and the only disappointing aspect was finishing the trip and saying goodbye at the end. Thanks Shane and Groovy Grapes for a memorable 6 days.”

“Did the Rock patrol Adelaide to Alice tour this past July and IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY! My group size was just right that there were enough new faces to meet without feeling like number. Shoutout to Andrew for being an awesome guide and go out of the group's way to drop me at the airport for my outbound flight, fellow group members for the vibe, and all the places that the tour took me to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an awesome experience in the Outback”

Travel tips for Australia National Park Tours

  • Pack appropriate clothing, and don’t overexert yourself in the heat of the day. Australia gets “bloody hot,” as the locals like to say.
  • Don’t try to cover everything in one trip. Only slightly smaller than the contiguous United States, Australia is an enormous nation with endless sites to explore.
  • Wear plenty of bug spray and give sunbathing snakes a wide berth. Slithery critters and creepy crawlies come as part of all our Australia national park tours.
  • Pack your hiking boots because Australia is an epic place to trek. Jaw-dropping trails crisscross the country’s top national parks—the best way to explore is on foot.
  • Bring a sense of adventure and embrace your temporary escape from the rat race. You won’t find any Wi-Fi at Australia’s most remote national parks.
