“I spent hours on getting myself ready for Everest Base Camp- 3 Passes trek trust me it really helped me a lot. Since it was my first time initially I was like breathless walking and trekking but thank god didn't catch a cold.
Workout helped me a lot and thanks to the guide provide by Nepal Vision he really helped me acclimatize with the high altitude.”

Sun Koshi white water rafting Reviewed Tour: Sun Koshi River Expedition
Gav Wigham From UK At
5 - Excellent
“A fantastic white water rafting experience! 8 days of good rapids, laughs, sun and great people. The guides are outstanding and look aftrr you really well. The meals they make over 8 days going down the river are unbelievable. If you like adventure, thrills, white beaches, camp fires and laughs out in the middle of nowhere this the trip for you. Cant praise it highly enough. You obviously get stretches of calm water but the guide has a laugh with you and the rapids more than make up for these periods. One the $90 for a flight back at the end rather than get the bus, it's a long long journey.”

“I've been on many rafting trips all over the world, but this has got to be one of the best ones I have ever been on in my entire life! The staff were professional but fun, the equipment was great, meals top notch and the trip itself was out of this world. I highly recommend this to any one who is looking to do something a little bit different!”
First time kayaking - I'm hooked! Reviewed Tour: Beginners Kayaking Course

“Having done a lot of rafting in my life, I decided to try kayaking as well. Although it is difficult at the beginning, one you grasp the basics it is so much fun. This trip runs from GRG's Trisuli base camp which is a beautiful place to spend a few days. They taught me everything from how to safely get out of the kayak, how to roll, how to paddle some massive rapids! It was great. I can't wait to get back in a kayak again!”
