From start to finish Rich was extremely organised, helpful and became a friend to everyone on the tour (which is impressive when you have a range of personalities in the group). Having previously experienced a not so great tour leader with a different company, Rich was a breath of fresh air and is truly great at his job. In regards to the tour itself, it’s jam packed full of great activities, my personal favourite was the canyoneering in Moalboal. Rizky went out of his way to accommodate for us all every single day and ensured all parties were involved in activities and ensured everyone was having a good time. Rizky gave great recommendations for down time and was very knowledgable about any questions/concerns anyone may have had. I am gluten free to travelling abroad is always stressful for me, however, Rizky always ensured there were gluten free options in every restaurant we attended and he would provide me with the choices beforehand, so ensure I was happy. There were a couple of occasions where there was a language barrier around any questions I had about the gluten free food, however, Rizky always ensured to speak with the staff directly and ensure I was not given anything I shouldn’t have, which made my eating abroad experience so much more positive!
