“There were a lot of optional tours for $5-$20; sometimes we were offered 4 or 5 optional tours in the same afternoon, and it was obviously hard to get consensus, so the guide did all of them, even though not everyone wanted that. One day these came before a tour which was included, so people felt obliged to do the optional tours, or had to sit around and wait for them to finish, which was frustrating.

Overall, it was a brilliant trip... we were very lucky to have Reza as our guide. The Iranian people were incredibly welcoming, open and hospitable. The places we visited were stunning, and I'd recommend the trip to anyone.”
