“I booked all of our accommodations independently. For what it is worth, our one-night stay at the Recoleta Grand was a disappointment. I did not like hotel and would not recommend it. Though not especially convenient to the downtown area of Bariloche, we did love the views of the Charming Inn. All of the excursions were fantastic. I dont think we had a favorite. I am very pleased that Lette added the chairlift ride to our day hike. The views were absolutely amazing in Bariloche. All 3 of our guides - Agostina, Lette, and Emmy were amazing. All were super knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, warm, friendly - excellent ambassadors for Argentina. We spent the most time with Agostina who I found especially thoughtful, so she will always have a special place in my heart. Wasnt sure how I felt about the river cruise before we went, but it was terrific and Im glad we did it.”

“Pudu Hotel in El Chalten was our most favorite hotel since the location was perfect, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. We loved the town of El Chalten. The other favorite was the Las Torres in Torres Del Paine. It is a beautiful lodge, though expensive. The least favorite Design Suites in El Calafate. It was quite far from the town. The food was of medium quality. The most favorite activities were treks in El Chalten (Cerro Torre), Base of the Towers (Torres Del Paine) and Perito Morino (El Calafate). All because of their natural beauty and the fun of trekking. The only suggestion I have for Perito Morino is I would have preferred a trek upto the glacier rather than only the boat excursion.”

“We used the tour operator recently for a somewhat customized trip to Patagonia. We started with their 15 day Patagonia tour and made modifications with our agent there Constance. She was good at listening to what we wanted and making suggestions. We stayed at the top hotels and almost every one had a pool and spa which was great after a full day of sightseeing. In hindsight we would have stayed one night longer (in Puerto Varas) because we had two very long travel days one after the other. Other than that we enjoyed the freedom of joining tours with many people from many countries yet not traveling with a group. Constance had someone meet us at every airport / bus terminal / hotel and they took care of us in that location. It was a real pleasure to always see someone with a sign with our name on it.”
