“This was a perfect experience for us. We don't want to come home, and we felt both safe when needed and free to explore our surroundings. Additionally, Reniel & Tamara, who took care of our room on the 4th floor, were thoughtful, cheerful & helpful. Dining room staff, especially Andrea, Harrison, Milos and Halim, were so nice to see each day, and actually anticipated our wants. Tracie made fantastic meals and her vibrant personality was a joy. Your behind-the-scenes staff were also pleasant & welcoming when we would meet them in passing. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This was the best decision we've made since getting married.
