“Hello, We recently visited Costa Rica through a Tour Radar package and used the tour operator for our airport transfers and for all other services. All of the employees we dealt with were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I cannot remember the names of the drivers, but they all got us to our destinations quickly and safely and provided information about the local area while en route. Andres our guide for the excursion was amazing. He provided interesting information along the drive, and he kept our group together and moving throughout the day. He helped make the trip fun. I would absolutely recommend your company to others.”

“Everything about the trip worked out except for our pick up at the airport in San Jose. our flight arrived a little bit early and we waited for a half hour and did not find our transfer bus to the hotel. Come to find out it did show up later than we anticipated, but we had already left in a taxi to our hotel. It was provided according to the emails we received, but it was late. Someone should’ve checked that our flight was coming in early. All in all, everything ran pretty smoothly and our optional side tours were wonderful. The choices on this trip for side trips and activities were amazing! Even though the temperatures were very high, we enjoyed our night jungle tour! We saw kinkajous, a raccoon, scorpions mating, several tree frogs, three snake sightings, one of which was a poisonous viper, we saw a poisonous female bullfrog that was huge, several kinds of spiders, parrots and monkeys.”

“Everything was booked ahead of time, we didn't have to worry about hotels, transportation, or food (as some in our party were vegetarian)! Mario answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything Costa Rica. While driving to our excursions, Mario went above and beyond by pointing out toucans that flew in front of us as well as stopping to observe the howler monkeys, buffalos, and pineapple crops. Mario also helped us customize our trip by adding an extra day to our tour. At the end of our trip, Mario gifted us some local coffee and key chains as well!We went to Costa Rica June 2021 and were very impressed with the country's covid regulations (we had to wear masks and wash our hands before entering any establishment) which made us feel very safe.Overall, we would recommend Greenway Tours to anyone and happily book with them in the future.
