“Hello, We recently visited Costa Rica through a Tour Radar package and used the tour operator for our airport transfers and for all other services. All of the employees we dealt with were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I cannot remember the names of the drivers, but they all got us to our destinations quickly and safely and provided information about the local area while en route. Andres our guide for the excursion was amazing. He provided interesting information along the drive, and he kept our group together and moving throughout the day. He helped make the trip fun. I would absolutely recommend your company to others.”

“The tour was extremely well organized. All drivers were prompt, professional and courteous. All the rooms were clean and surpassed our expectations. All the guides on the excursions were extremely knowledgeable and passionate on their subjects. The experience was amazing, the only disappointment we had was the location of our last hotel. while beautiful, it was a shuttle ride away from the beach./town making it a little less convenient. The first 4 hotels were a perfect 5/5,the last a 3.5. Considering the tour actually ended in Tamarindo a flight out of Liberia might have made more sense that a 5hr bus ride to San Jose just to sleep then fly out.”

“Everything about the trip worked out except for our pick up at the airport in San Jose. our flight arrived a little bit early and we waited for a half hour and did not find our transfer bus to the hotel. Come to find out it did show up later than we anticipated, but we had already left in a taxi to our hotel. It was provided according to the emails we received, but it was late. Someone should’ve checked that our flight was coming in early. All in all, everything ran pretty smoothly and our optional side tours were wonderful. The choices on this trip for side trips and activities were amazing! Even though the temperatures were very high, we enjoyed our night jungle tour! We saw kinkajous, a raccoon, scorpions mating, several tree frogs, three snake sightings, one of which was a poisonous viper, we saw a poisonous female bullfrog that was huge, several kinds of spiders, parrots and monkeys.”
