“We took a self-guided tour in Cornwall from Marazion to Mevagissey. It was our first experience of the kind and we absolutely loved it. It was very convenient to have all the accommodations, itinerary and luggage transfer arranged for you and, in my view, it was very well worth it. The tour was easy to book, the communications with the tour consultant were very satisfactory and the overall experience was extremely positive and inspiring. It's very likely that we will book some other walking tours with Sherpa Expeditions. For overseas customers like ourselves, I recommend to tack on a day in Penzance before the tour (we went to the Minack Theatre and walked around in Penzance). St Michael's Mount is a must in Marazion (you have to arrive at Marazion early for that). Also a day or two in Fowey after the end of the tour - we went to Lanhydrock House and Gardens from there and Fowey itself is a charming little town with an amazing history.”

“Accurately rated as a 'Moderate' walk with an average of 22/23 kms per day, we found this trip was within our capabilities. The varied coastal scenery, cute villages and water crossings made for a very pleasant trek. We had no trouble finding places to buy lunch and had some great evening meals as well. This was our first experience of a self-guided walk and everything pretty much went according to plan.”
