“The Great Patagonian Traverse was a fantastic trip with a good humoured, supportive and energetic group led by an experienced and skilled problem-solving guide. Every day brought new locations and experiences and a chance to learn about the landscape, plants, animals and bird life and sometimes the history and economy of the regions. Routines were reasonable, and necessary variations of schedule were explained as they arose. Advance planning and fitness training paid off as did following the equipment requirements and researching blogs and experience of past trekkers.”
